Overview

Corella Resources is an Australian exploration company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:CR9) pursuing critical and industrial minerals such as Kaolin, High Purty Alumina (HPA), Quartz, Lithium and Rare Earths in the Yilgarn Craton region of Western Australia on 100% owned tenure portfolio.

The Company’s main focus is advancing the flagship Tampu Kaolin Project to production, which is a high purity and specification kaolin deposit with a high grade quartz saleable byproduct. The kaolin produced has been proven to produce outstanding feedstock for producing High Purity Alumina (HPA) with independent test-work achieving 4N and 5N purity . A recently completed scoping study for the project which investigated producing both Kaolin and HPA has indicated excellent project economics and the kaolin project is currently in feasibility study stage. In conjunction with the feasibility study, Corella is pursuing the option of a DSO operation.

Corella’s exploration is targeted to critical and industrial minerals in the under explored region of the Yilgarn near the towns of Beacon and Bencubbin. Previously mapped as predominantly large scale granites the low resolution available data indicates more geological complexity which suggests opportunities for critical mineral deposits in the region. Ongoing geological reviews are focussed on alkaline intrusion related deposits for rare earth and other pegmatite associated economic minerals such as Lithium.

The company has over 1,867km² of tenure and is actively exploring for high purity silica, lithium and rare earth elements .
